DAY 1 – 7 : GRATITUDE FOR PEOPLE

First week, the focus is on expressing gratitude for people in your life. Each day, make a list of 10 people that you are grateful for and reflect on why they are important to you.

DAY 8 – 14 : GRATITUDE FOR MATERIAL THINGS

Second week is focused on expressing gratitude for material things in your life. Each day, make a list of 10 things that you are grateful for and reflect on why they are important to you.

DAY 15 – 21 : GRATITUDE FOR SITUATIONS

Third week, the focus is on expressing gratitude for situations in your life. Each day, make a list of 10 situations that you are grateful for and reflect on why they are important to you.

DAY 21 – 28 : GRATITUDE FOR YOURSELF

Final week, the focus is on expressing gratitude for yourself. Each day, make a list of 10 things that you are grateful for about yourself and reflect on why they are important to you.
